Jesus cared for people, body and soul. He healed the sick, gave sight to the blind, and fed the hungry. And he sent out his followers to love and care for people in his name: “For I have given you an example, that you also should do just as I have done to you.” John 13:15.
Presbyterian Care exists for this very reason, to love our fellow Tasmanians with Jesus’ love, by providing the very best aged, community, and disability services that we can provide.
On behalf of the Presbyterian Church of Tasmania, I commend to you CEO John Brooks and his skilled management team, Chairman Steve Buckland and his dedicated board of directors, and our large and devoted staff of chaplains and carers, who work together to enrich the lives of others in our beautiful state of Tasmania.
“This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him.” 1 John 4:9.
